Wylde Connections

1. By becoming a client of Wylde Connections Ltd. you enter into a contract by which you: 

1. Confirm that you are willing to participate fully in the course. 

2. Agree to pay the relevant fees. 

3. Agree not to plagiarise the work of others or in any way try to pass yourself off as competent by means of deception. 

4. Agree to take full responsibility for your actions and opinions. 

5. Confirm that you have, or are willing to secure access to, relevant materials where the course necessitates this. 

2. Any typographical clerical or other error or omission in any sales literature, administrative documentation, course materials, invoice or other document or information issued by Wylde Connections Ltd. shall be subject to correction without any liability on the part of the Wylde Connections Ltd. 

3. No variation to these Terms and Conditions shall be effective unless made in writing and signed by an authorised representative of Wylde Connections Ltd. 

4. Both parties (including Wylde Connections Ltd. and the User) shall comply with the Anti-Bribery Act 2010 and will make it clear that it does not accept or condone the payment of bribes on its behalf. 

5. The invalidity or unenforceability for any reason of any condition, sub-clause or paragraph of these Terms and Conditions shall not prejudice or affect the validity or enforceability of the remainder. 

6. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law and the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. 

7. Where your course fees are paid by your employer or other third party you give us consent to share information about your progress and engagement on that course with that third party. 

8. We reserve the right to refuse clients for any reason. 

Use of Site 

1. Wylde Connections Ltd. provides various materials, information, quizzes, tests, questions, articles, news and other information on this and related sites and in courses offered through this site (the “Materials”). Wylde Connections Ltd. authorises each User to view and download one copy of the Materials. Materials may be downloaded and a maximum of one copy of the Materials may be printed provided that Users make no modifications to the Materials and you retain all copyright and other proprietary notices contained in the original Materials on any copies of the Materials. Users may not modify the Materials at this Site in any way or reproduce, share or distribute them. Users will keep all Materials confidential, and will not sell, auction, loan, rent, give away, describe, summarise, or otherwise reveal the Materials or their contents, to any other person or entity. Any breach of these Terms of Use automatically terminates your authorised use of the Site. 

Trademark and Copyright 

9. Wylde Connections Ltd., and certain other brands, trademarks, and service marks are marks of Wylde Connectionst Ltd. and its affiliates. The Materials on this Site are copyrighted, and any unauthorised use of any Materials on this Site may violate copyright, trademark, and other laws.

10. Links to external websites are provided solely as a convenience to you. Wylde Connections Ltd. has not reviewed all of these external websites, does not control and is not responsible for any of these sites or their content. If you decide to access any of the external websites linked to this Site, you do so entirely at your own risk. 

Cancellation and Refunds: 

11. Once the User has booked an Online Course, the fee is non-refundable and the booking non-transferrable. If the User cancels any Online Course, they will not be entitled to any refund, nor will they be able to transfer the booking either to another person or onto another Online Course. 

12. The User’s access to the Online Course service may be terminated by written notice if they are in material breach of these terms. If we reasonably believe their breach of these terms affects our lawful operation of the Online Course service or third party customers, we may suspend their access to the service at any time.  

Course Duration 

13. Courses must be completed within 1 year (365 days) from course start date 

14. Courses will be deemed to have started as soon as login details have been issued 

No Warranty 

15. The Materials provided at this site are provided “as is” without any warranties of any kind including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property. Wylde Connections Ltd. further does not warrant the accuracy and completeness of the Materials at this Site.  

16. Wylde Connections Ltd. may make changes to the Materials at this Site, or to the services and prices described in them, at any time without notice. The Materials at this Site may be out of date, and Wylde Connections. makes no commitment to update the Materials at this Site. 

Limitation of Liability 

17. In no event will Wylde Connections Ltd., its suppliers, or other third parties mentioned at this Site be liable for any damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, those resulting from lower test scores, interruption of services or inaccurate information) arising out of the use, inability to use, or the results of the use of this Site, any websites liked to this Site, or the Materials or information contained at any or all such sites, whether based on warranty, contract, tort or any other legal theory and whether or not advised of the possibility of such damages. If your use of the Materials or information from this Site results in the need for servicing, repair or correction of equipment or data, you assume all costs thereof. 

Complaints 

18. If you have a complaint about any products or services provided by Wylde Connections Ltd. please contact us via [email protected].uk or telephone 01926 754061. One of our managers will contact you within 10 working days (excepting periods of closure). 

19. The manager will investigate your complaint and aim to provide a satisfactory way forward within a further 10 working days, subject to the limits outlined in these terms and conditions. 

Rights and Responsibilities of Wylde Connections Ltd. 

20. Wylde Connections Ltd. accepts no responsibility for the content of our site, which is provided ‘as is’, and with no warranty express or implied. Reviews and all our other content are offered as our opinion only. 

21. We understand that as a client of Wylde Connections Ltd. you expect the website to be on-line and available at all times. However, we can make no guarantees as to the ‘up time’ of the site as this is beyond our control. For example, routing, server, Internet, hardware and software problems completely beyond our control may occur. We aim to minimise down time but accept no responsibility if the site goes off-line and it is not our fault. 

Copyright & Intellectual Property Rights  

22. The course materials and contents of the website are copyright. This includes all content unless otherwise noted. The contents may not be copied and republished in any format, whole or in part. This includes (for example, but not limited to) copying text, copying pictures or video, copying images for use in brochures, websites or any other medium, copying review content (narrative, video or pictures), copying backgrounds and borders, or any other content. 

23. All material is the intellectual property of Wylde Connections Ltd. (or the suppliers of the information where this is explicitly stated). Material is made available purely for the benefit of Wylde Connections Ltd.’s corporate and individual clients for their own personal use. It is not available for commercial use with other organisations. 

24.  If clients personally make their contact details available to other clients, this is to enable networking and sharing of information between them. Under no circumstances are they to be used by clients or their associates,or made available by clients/associates to third parties, for mailing lists or other commercial purposes. 

25. You may terminate your enrolment at any time by notifying Wylde Connections Ltd. On termination, Wylde Connections Ltd. will deactivate your password. 

Web-based Communication and Code of Conduct 

26. As a client of Wylde Connections Ltd. you are solely responsible for your own communications and are responsible for the consequences of them. You are also solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password, and all activities that are conducted through your account. 

27. Clients will normally be provided with a username and password to access non-public parts of the website. You must not share your username with anyone else. Any accounts suspected of being shared will be barred. 

28. In consideration of being allowed to use the materials (including the web site) provided by Wylde Connections Ltd., you agree that you will abide by these terms and conditions and in general will not: 

1. Harass any other course member or member of staff. 

2.  Post material that infringes on any other intellectual property rights of others or on the privacy or publicity rights of others. 

3. Post material that is abusive, defamatory, embarrassing, harassing, hateful, inflammatory, obscene or threatening to any other member or member of staff. 

4. Post sexually explicit language or images. 

5. Post advertisements or solicitations of business. 

6. Post chain letters or pyramid schemes. 

7. Impersonate another delegate or member of staff. 

8. Express or imply that the Wylde Connections Ltd. or Wylde Connections website or its owners endorses any statements you make, without our specific written consent. 

9. Collect or store personal information about other clients without their personal consent. 

10. Conduct any other activity that we consider is detrimental to the running of the Wylde Connections Ltd., to other clients or the Wylde Connections Ltd. cause. 

11. Plagiarise the work of others or in any way try to pass yourself off as competent by means of deception. 

29. Any correspondence, whether on the web site or not, written in any language other than English may be edited or deleted. 

30. Any conduct that in our opinion restricts or inhibits the use of the website by any other subscriber will not be tolerated. We reserve the right to pursue any and all legal and equitable remedies against you, including the posting of your address and the reporting of your activity to your Internet Service Provider (ISP), and other authorities. 

31. Any material in any correspondence that we determine to be contrary to our terms and unsuitable for our forum will be edited or deleted. 

32. Our decision on these matters is final.
